Production sits in five countries: India with 16 facilities, Bangladesh with three, Sri Lanka with one, Myanmar with one, and China with two plus one sourcing affiliate, stated that way so nobody reads it as three factories. Offices are in Canada, the USA and India. Partner desks sit in Dhaka, Bengaluru, Delhi and Tirupur. Affiliates cover Peru, Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay and the UAE. Markets named are Russia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Holland and Australia.
what each origin actually makes
India is the home base: high fashion garments with lower MOQ, sleepwear, lingerie, home textile, bags, accessories and casual knits, uniforms and corporate wear, fibre to garment inside one group, with 1,200 tonnes of knit a month and 700 embroidery heads across the cluster.
Bangladesh runs woven bottoms, underwear, casual and performance, swim and athleisure, as 100% export operations. Sri Lanka carries seam sealed and functional outdoor construction with the technical finishing that goes with it, and Myanmar runs functional outdoor and workwear inside the same footprint. China holds fabric and manufacturing depth in Zhejiang and Guangdong.

who sits behind the line
Management is decentralised: the person who takes the brief sits in your time zone and the person who builds it sits on the floor. Behind them are a design studio doing development, CAD, tech packs and 3D; merchandising running calendar, costing and critical path against a landed number; compliance carrying audit readiness and the evidence pack; and quality working to written standards, in-line checks and final inspection against the approved sample.
