Privacy
The short version
We count visits for everyone using Vercel Analytics, which is served from this same domain and records a page view without identifying you and without a cookie. Every page also loads RB2B, a visitor-identification service described below, which does set cookies, and PostHog, which records how the site is used without a cookie. If you click Allow on the analytics notice, we also use Google Analytics, and PostHog keeps a cookie and records session replays; all of this is described below. Beyond that, what we hold about you is what you type into the enquiry form or into Enso, the chat assistant, and choose to send.
PostHog, product analytics
Every page also loads PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the United States. For every visitor, without asking first, it records page views, clicks, the pages you move between, your browser and device, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Until you click Allow it keeps no cookie and nothing in your browser: each visit starts anonymous and unlinked.
If you click Allow, PostHog also sets cookies whose names begin with ph_, so
it can recognise a return visit, and records a replay of your session (the pages as you saw
them, with everything you type in a form masked). Choosing No thanks, or changing your
mind later in cookie settings, stops the replay and returns PostHog to the anonymous mode.
RB2B, visitor identification
Every page on this site loads a script from RB2B, a service based in the United States. It runs for every visitor, without asking first. RB2B may set cookies and use your IP address, browser details and the pages you view here to match a visit from someone in the United States to a business profile it already holds, such as a name, job title, company and LinkedIn profile. When it finds a match, it tells us who visited and which pages they read. We use that only to follow up about ZER0's work, and it is processed and stored in the United States.
If you do not want to be identified, block third-party scripts or cookies in your browser before browsing here, or write to hello@zer0.ai and we will delete what RB2B has passed to us about you and not contact you on the strength of it.
Google Analytics, and your choice
Google Analytics runs only after you click Allow. Until then this site does not load it, and nothing is sent to Google. If you click No thanks, or ignore the notice, that stays true. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are treated as having said no.
If you allow it, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and
_ga_QT5LH34G9H, which last up to two years, and tells us which pages were read, from
which country and on what kind of device. Google processes that data, including in the United
States. We do not use it for advertising, and advertising features are switched off.
Your choice is kept in your browser under zer0-consent-v1. You can change it at
any time: .
Choosing No thanks after allowing removes the Google Analytics cookies.
What the enquiry form collects
When you send an enquiry, these fields go to us and nothing else: company, email address, product category, preferred origin, season, volume, and your notes.
They are stored in our own database, hosted by Supabase. The table accepts new entries and nothing else — it cannot be read back from this website.
The draft saved in your browser
While you are filling the form, a draft is kept in your browser under
zer0-rfq-draft-v1 so that a refresh or a back button does not cost you your work.
It never leaves your device and it is not a cookie. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Enso, the chat assistant
Enso answers questions about ZER0 from what we have published on this site and in our documents. When you ask it something, your question goes to our server and to Anthropic, the company whose model writes the answer, and the answer comes back to you. Anthropic processes it in the United States.
We keep each question and answer, the page you asked from, and a one-way code made from your IP address, so we can limit how many questions one address sends. We do not store the address itself. After a few questions Enso asks for your email so the team can follow up; without it the conversation pauses there. Session replay never records the chat window.
Your browser keeps a random conversation code under zer0-enso-session and, if you
gave it, your email under zer0-enso-email. They are not cookies, and they leave your
device only with your next question. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry or your question and to quote the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or send it anywhere it was not needed to answer you.
How long we keep it
An enquiry, or a conversation with Enso, stays in our database for at least a year, and while we are still in contact it stays longer. We do not delete it on a schedule. If you want it removed, write to us and we will remove it.
Email we send, and how to stop it
We may email you about an enquiry you sent, and we may write to people we think would want to hear from ZER0. Either way:
- every message says who we are and how to reach us;
- every message carries a way to unsubscribe, and that link keeps working for at least sixty days after it was sent;
- we act on an unsubscribe within ten business days, and usually the same day;
- you can also just reply, or write to hello@zer0.ai, and we will take you off.
Unsubscribing stops the email. It does not delete what we hold — ask us for that separately and we will do it.
Where it is held, and what that means
Our database runs in Supabase's us-west-2 region, in Oregon, United States. If you write to us from Canada or from Europe, your enquiry is stored outside your country.
PIPEDA does not forbid that, and it does not treat it as handing the information away. Under the Act we stay accountable for your information even while a processor holds it, and we rely on our agreement with Supabase to require a comparable level of protection to the one it would have here. Supabase stores and serves the data for us; they do not get to use it for anything of their own.
The part worth saying plainly, because most notices leave it out: while your information is in the United States it is subject to United States law, and a US court or law enforcement agency could compel access to it under that law. That is true of any Canadian company using American hosting. If it matters to you, write to us before you send anything you would not want held there.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@zer0.ai and we will act on it.
