Seamless athleisure sourcing, womens and mens
The Seamless Athleisure document covers one seamless platform carried across a womens range and a mens range. Support, ventilation and mobility are placed by knit zone rather than by seam, the material architecture runs to four knit structures, and a five step route takes a concept from movement insight to a production-ready capsule.

the two platforms
The womens platform is seamless tops designed for movement, comfort and clean retail appeal: support engineered where it matters, second-skin comfort with an ultra-soft seamless feel, breathable zones placing airflow and ventilation where the body needs them, and silhouettes that carry from studio to street, with a lower body range built to move with the wearer.
The mens platform is light, technical and clean: five core silhouettes built around breathable essentials and repeatable coordinates, with engineered ventilation, built to mix and match, focused on what actually moves.
the knit does the work
Four structures carry the range. A smooth base for a soft next-to-skin feel with structure. Rib support for targeted support zones. Ventilation mesh for airflow where it is needed. Recovery stretch for shape recovery and freedom to move.
body mapping
Different knit zones support airflow, comfort and movement exactly where they are needed. Ventilation zones open the knit structure to increase airflow and manage heat. Support zones use denser knits for targeted support and shape retention. Mobility zones are engineered to flex, allowing full range of movement. Colour direction across the range is tonal, modular and commercial.
from concept to capsule
Five steps. Concept, starting with movement insights to define the product opportunity. Design direction, translating the concept into a cohesive aesthetic, materials and details. Sample development, engineering seamless samples and refining performance from the inside out. Fit refinement, through iterative fit sessions. Production ready, finalising specs, validating quality and preparing a scalable production plan.
questions this document answers
- What is engineered into a seamless garment instead of seams?
- Knit zones. Ventilation zones open the structure to manage heat, support zones use denser knits for shape retention, and mobility zones are engineered to flex for full range of movement.
- Does ZER0 make seamless for men as well as women?
- Yes. The document carries one seamless platform across both: a womens upper and lower body range, and a mens range of five core silhouettes built around breathable essentials and repeatable coordinates.
