ZER0 Carbon Innovation Inc

Footwear sourcing, low MOQ

ZER0 sources footwear for brands and retailers who outsource: sneakers and casual, leather formal and dress, boots, sandals and slides. The construction decides the factory, and the last is confirmed before bulk, every time. We start with one style and one colourway. Minimums start at low MOQ, style and origin dependent.

which factory makes which shoe?

the construction decides the factory

Four constructions, each placed to a floor matched to it. Cup sole and vulcanised. Cemented, injected and direct-injected: the volume constructions, and the ones that carry a safety certification. Stitchdown and Goodyear welt, where the construction has to be repairable. Hand-lasted, where the finish is the product.

Footwear is sourced from India, where Agra and the Tamil Nadu belt have made leather formal and dress for export for decades, and Chennai is our own sourcing presence. Safety footwear is directly injected in Sri Lanka.

how does ZER0 prove fit in footwear?

proved on foot, not on a spec sheet

Footwear carries more construction risk than apparel, and no specification settles fit. A certification held by a garment unit does not travel to a shoe unit, so we evidence the floor that is making your shoe.

  1. specification before quotationConstruction, last, materials and finish agreed first. A price against a vague shoe is a price that moves later.
  2. fit proved on footWe sample, we wear-test, we confirm the last before bulk.
  3. compliance on the footwear floorEvidenced for the unit making your shoe, never carried across from a garment unit.
  4. one standard of careWhichever floor it lands on.
