ZER0 Carbon Innovation Inc

Outerwear sourcing, low MOQ

ZER0 sources outerwear for brands and retailers who outsource. One platform, four weather jobs: insulated, borg and fleece, shell and rain, and kids weather. We run it from brief to delivery, as one accountable partner. Minimums start at low MOQ, style and origin dependent.

what outerwear can ZER0 make?

four weather jobs
Insulated
Padded jackets. Warmth, volume and winter protection.
Borg & fleece
Texture-led layers. Soft warmth and casual comfort.
Shell & rain
Technical outer layers. Water-repellent and lightweight protection.
Kids weather
Play-proof protection. Rainwear and everyday outdoor utility.

how is insulated outerwear built?

insulated, layer by layer

Padded outerwear is built for warmth, commercial depth and modern winter utility. An insulated parka for maximum warmth. A lightweight puffer that holds warmth with less weight and volume. A hooded quilt jacket for layerable everyday warmth. A short insulated bomber with a clean silhouette for urban winter. Carried across men, women and kids.

The insulation works in four layers. A durable shell blocks wind and rain and protects the fill. Recycled high-loft fibre traps warm air. A soft lining helps the insulation move naturally. Quilt channels keep the fill in place and remove cold spots.

what fleece, shell and rain layers can ZER0 make?

texture, shell and rain

Borg and fleece are the everyday layer: a fleece zip jacket, a relaxed borg hoodie, a teddy shacket for casual layering. The technical shell is lightweight weather defense, with a water-repellent finish, storm zip utility and a layering-friendly fit. Rainwear adds seam-sealed options and packable protection, for adults and kids alike; kids weather runs to puddle suits and rain separates.

We describe construction and finish, not a certified rating. ZER0 states no waterproof class or column height for outerwear, and no fill power.
