Licensed sleepwear sourcing, three lengths from three cloths
The Sleepwear document is a direction deck. It runs twenty four styles across three lengths, fourteen nightdresses, eight long pyjama sets and two short sets, all on a single combed cotton jersey base and grouped into three cloth routes. Every garment is produced under licence by a partner factory, and the licences sit with that manufacturer rather than ZER0.

one jersey, three lengths
One combed cotton jersey runs the whole range, so hand and shrinkage behave the same way whatever the print sitting on it.
The deck shows twenty four styles against that single base: fourteen nightdresses, eight long pyjama sets and two short sets. What changes between them is length and print, not cloth.
three cloth routes
The cloth decides the programme, not the other way round. The cool route is lilac and powder blue in a soft brushed jersey, with a fine ticking stripe to break them; it carries the quieter placement prints and the tonal work.
The warm route runs burgundy through rose to an oatmeal marl, with a washed linen for pieces meant to feel older than they are; it takes the florals and the heavier allover prints.
The quiet route is a chalk pink and a heather grey with a navy gingham that reads as a check at a distance and as texture up close. It carries the plainest of the programme and the pieces that have to sell in the same colour twice a year.
placement or allover
Chest placement keeps the jersey visible and the licence legible at arm's length, which is how a nightdress is actually chosen off a rail.
Allover work asks more of the cloth: the repeat has to sit flat through the side seam and the hem, which is a knitting and a cutting question before it is a print one.
what the licence covers
The garments are produced under licence by a partner factory. The licences sit with that manufacturer and not with ZER0, and every page of the document says so.
ZER0 presents the programme and builds the cloth, the fit and the pack around it.
questions this document answers
- Is the nightdress deck ZER0's own product photography?
- No. It is published as direction and references, not our photography. The garments are a partner factory's production renders and the fabric pages are credited as an AI concept study.
- Who holds the character licences on these nightdresses?
- The partner factory that produces them. The licences sit with the manufacturer, not with ZER0, and every page of the document carries that line.
- How many styles does the range cover?
- Twenty four, across three lengths: fourteen nightdresses, eight long pyjama sets and two short sets, all on a single combed cotton jersey base.
