Innerwear sourcing, six shapes in combed cotton

The Innerwear document is a direction deck. It runs six shapes cut from one combed cotton base, a neutral programme built to repeat all year, a seasonal colour route for gifting and multipacks, and pack formats up to a ten pack in a window carton. Its packaging is a proposed direction, not an approved supplier pack.

six shapes, one cotton

The range is six shapes cut from one combed cotton base: bikini brief, thong and boyshort open the deck, and brief, midi and full brief carry the neutral programme.

Holding one cloth across the shapes is the point. The deck shows the same hand and the same finish on a white full brief, a black bikini brief and a beige brief, so a drawer can be carried without carrying a whole supply base.

the cloth and the trim

Material is read close up: hand, weight and trim. Knit and picot trim, jersey and gauze, tonal and ticking.

Finish is flat elastic, picot and bow, set against the cloth. The deck shows the cloth and contrast, a bow at the waist and picot at the leg. Both material pages are credited as an AI concept study, so they are a direction rather than a specification.

two colour programmes

The classic neutral programme is built to repeat all year, in white, black and beige.

The seasonal route is for gifting and multipacks: a pastel programme, pink and stripe, and assorted brights. Assortment pages show how the colours sit together on a shelf, in stripe and solid, ribbed neutrals and a stripe programme.

packs, and what they are

Pack formats run single, three, five and ten, in a window carton, with a shallow drawer for the larger counts. Multipacks carry one colour, or three read through the window.

Everything shown as packaging is a proposed direction prepared by ZER0 and is not an approved supplier pack. The garments are a partner factory's production programme.

Replenishment is planned, not improvised: white, charcoal and colour are each shown carried across the programme.
